Delaware County Virtual Expungement Clinic
In partnership with State Rep. Joanna McClinton and Legal Aid of Southeastern PA, I invite you to participate in the upcoming Delaware County Virtual Expungement Clinic on Monday, January 18, 2021 from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
You are eligible for an expungement if you meet these qualifications:
- Only Delaware County arrests are eligible
- Only non-conviction charges, including ARD, or summary convictions with no arrests in the past 5 years can be expunged (non summary convictions cannot be expunged)
- Some misdemeanor convictions may be sealed if 10 years have passed
- Must have no current criminal charges
- Must not be serving probation time

Martin Luther King Jr. Speech Competition
The Thomas and Woods Foundation will be honoring Dr. King once again by hosting the Third Annual Martin Luther King Jr. Speech Competition "Building Resilience in 2020". This annual event empowers high school students to write and perform their very own speeches before a live panel of judges.

COVID-19 Pop-Up Testing Event
State Senator Anthony H. Williams in partnership with New Temple Baptist Church and Med Scree Laboratories are hosting a COVID-19 pop-up testing event on January 22 from 10 am - 2 pm.
- Walk-ups and Drive-ups are welcome
- Registration is STRONGLY SUGGESTED. Email: Lynne.Wilkins@pasenate.com
- Testing is available to both insured and uninsured residents
- Please bring your insurance card to the testing site
- Everyone must wear a facemask
